We had a fantastic stay, we could tell by the photos it would be a lovely property but the spaciousness and great situation of the property was brilliant. Waking up to the baby lambs across the farmers field was an extra delight. The 2 wood burning stoves was a real bonus in the evenings and seperate dinning room. Very comfy beds, one ensuite with the bath was a lovely addition after long days walking. We will be back to explore Northumbria further and to return to the Farne Islands.
Really enjoyable break with kids. Pleasant village with well stocked shop and lovely house with period features. Log burner was great feature. Relatively close to Northumberland beaches.
