A great break in a location that has a lot to offer. Positive: Exceptionally comfortable and well equipped cottage with a very generous 'starter pack' when we arrived. Great location for exploring Northumberland Negative: Parking is difficult if you have 2 cars, especially if large. We left one on the road each night. The area appears very safe though.
Excellent facilities. Comfortable bed and generous welcoming gifts. Location was good to explore all local sights. Parking a little tight but only to be expected given age of property. Would definitely go back
It was an absolutely beautiful cottage, felt so at home immediately, the place was immaculate and all amenities were provided as stated. Household instructions were clear. If you are looking for a cosy place to stay up north, this is the place to go, peaceful private and warm! Even when the real feel outside reached -10!! Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again 10/10 the local shop pub/restaurant within 5 minutes on foot and in the winter it’s a lovely spot for a walk. To sum it was perfect even for our 2 children (3) - (1)
We enjoyed the cottage very much, everything worked, was clear and detailed. The welcome pack and mini kitchen supplies were excellent - the best we've ever had. Thank you
