Beadnell Point

A luxurious house with wonderful views. The bathroom/shower rooms are small but every bedroom has one. The kitchen/living first floor is bigger than it looks. With two balconies. One with a table and the other looking over the sea. We had the massive doors open all the time and it was lovely to people/boat watch. The top floor is magical for a sunrise over the sea from the little sun room (again a little balcony) and the bigger room up there has a big balcony on two sides. Big tv up there too. A short stroll to very good eateries, particularly Beadnell Towers. Communication is with a big company which is a bit impersonal but they answered most of my questions. Would stay here again.

Fabulous stay! Positive: We’ve stayed in many rental properties in Beadnell over the years and were familiar with the Art Deco building at the top of the village. It quickly became our favourite stay! Recently refurbished (Summer 2026). Thoughtful design and well equipped. All the mod cons (smart TV and good WiFi for the teen) well equipped kitchen and laundry. Bathrooms well designed, great showers. Comfy beds. Lovely outdoor space. Side garden to “store” straight-from-the-beach canines to dry off. Separate, safe enclosed, sunny garden for the rest of the day. Outdoor dining area on the first floor terrace. Bedrooms are downstairs, kitchen - local welcome pack very much appreciated - and lounge with squishy sofa on the first. There is a small butlers’ pantry on the ground floor though if you want to cater straight into the garden. Also a great place to keep the dog at night. Second floor has a snug and a second lounge for sea views. The smaller, rocky beach is literally across the road. Ten minute walk to the larger sandier beach. The Carters Arms is a five minute walk and the shop is across the road. Perfect location. Grab a morning tea and watch the sun rise from the snug, glass of wine on the rear dining area for the sun setting, perfect! Can’t fault this place.

It was immaculately clean, in an excellent position, and had everything we could possibly need. The owners had clearly thought of every detail to make our stay comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!
