Captains Cove

Absolutely loved our stay. Very friendly welcome from adjoining pub staff who showed us to the room which has an immediate wow factor view of the unspoilt coast from walking in. Everything beautiful and clean. Shower good. Lovely comfy bed. Useful mini fridge with complimentary bottle of wine and water. Tea/coffee making facilities, iron, hair dryer with diffuser. Everything one could need! I’m quite sure if there had been anything else the staff would have managed to provide! Breakfast was plentiful provided by the pub. Pub closed on Mondays but still cook breakfast for guests. Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to return.

Incredible location. Positive: Location. The unique selling point of this property. On the sea front. Has balcony with sea views. Negative: I was unsure if this was a hotel room or a self catering property. Not clear on booking.com website. There was a hot tub on the property but I dont think it was available to guests? Room not serviced between nights.

Friendly, kind, lovely location, perfect for bird watching and seeing the sun rise. Lovely clean room and facilities x Positive: Location was splendid and the sun shone for us. Good breakfast x
