Cullercoats Coastal Haven

Excellent location, we know the North East very well so this was perfect for an accessible 4 day break.Love Tynemouth high street and accessibility to walks & clean beaches. The house is well situated but needs to improve on the basics to compare to other properties. It has a feel of being done up in a rush to get it out for a summer rental.

House was just as describe, good location to walk to the beach, we had dogs and was right by a football pitch and playground that was enclosed so they could run around. Local pub with good food and locals were really nice. House is for 6 people but if going be aware that the bunk beds are fine but on slightly smaller side perfect for children but we were 6 adults. Perfect garden for dogs and all the utilities needed.

The house was lovely and spacious, very close to the beach/Cullercoats. It's a 20 mins walk to Tynemouth or the 301 bus. I could not fault the house or location. There was a welcome hamper and games in the garage. There were just a few niggles. There was only one key, and 5 of us staying which meant we had to keep remembering to use the lock box which did not always happen. Also, the old fridge was left outside the front door for most of our stay, which they did apologise for, but it was a bit of an eyesore. I would recommend the house but feel there were some minor issues.
