Riverview Cottage

We had a gorgeous week at Riverside cottage and loved waking up to the river every morning. The house was great for our family holiday as it was really accessible for our dog and toddler. The hamper available on arrival was a lovely touch. The driveway is great to have and a hard find in the village of Warkworth but it isn’t the easiest to get into. It’s no reflection on the house or the listing but worth noting for other families who may have a larger car like ours. Overall, a superb week and we’re already missing it!

We had a fantastic stay in Riverview Cottage - it was a beautiful location with a lovely view. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for us all. Would highly recommend.

The cottage is lovely, clean, beautifully presented and equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a real home from home. Good to have secure outside space for safe doggy wanderings. The location is perfect for exploring the area. Handy for walking to explore the beautiful beaches and a lovely river walk from the front door. Great to have a parking space too! Negative: Nothing major- WiFi signal dropped off when in the main bedroom but didn't really bother us.

We had a lovely week at Riverview Cottage and are thinking of booking it again for next year. The only very minor suggestion is that the rusting metal table at the outdoor front sitting area should be replaced.
