Great space for our family of 5! Perfectly located for exploring the region.

Beautiful house, great location! We stayed for 5 days (6 adults, 1 child). The house is new, stunningly decorated, and we’d happily stay again. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms stylish with great water pressure, and there is a lovely big garden for a BBQ. Leaving a 4-star review due to a few daily inconveniences for a large group: Seating: Only 6 dining chairs but house is advertised for 8. As there were 7 of us, we had to use a plastic garden chair. Living room: Needs coffee tables. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Wardrobes only in the main bedroom; others lack storage or chairs. No towel hooks in bathrooms, and no bins in rooms or separate toilets. Kitchen/Dining: Needs more mugs, plates, and beer glasses. One dishwasher load meant no clean cups left for tea. Also, the low feature chandelier blocks faces when sitting. Overall a gorgeous property, it just needs these minor practical adjustments to be a true 5-star experience!

Beautifully clean and comfortable house. The kitchen was extensively equipped, plenty of bathrooms and lots of space to relax. The hot tub was great in the evenings. The location was perfect for trips to Alnwick and only a 25 minute drive to Beadnell Bay. We also took a day trip to Edinburgh from Alnmouth station ( we discovered the castle gets booked up days in advance!) We would be very happy to stay again.

Beautiful house, beautiful location Positive: A spacious comfortable house in a great location for exploring this beautiful area. We enjoyed having several social spaces, both inside and outside the house. Having several bathrooms was a bonus too! Negative: The only criticism is there were only 6 dining chairs for a house which sleeps 8 adults. We were a party of 7 adults and a baby so someone had to sit on a garden chair for meals. A minor point.
