The issues mentioned above were minor for us and we thoroughly enjoyed our break. Positive: Beautiful property in a peaceful location. Negative: I think it is worth mentioning that the TV reception was quite erratic as at times; the screen froze and it just kept spoiling!!! This didn’t affect us too much, but some people may find it difficult. Maybe it’s because the house is in a remote reception area? We also felt that for a property offering accommodation for 8 (we were 7) supplying just two bin bags was insufficient.
We stayed here (family of 6) whilst my husband was at a work course 15 mins away; it was great! The pictures don't do the place justice. An absolutely beautiful place with lots of space, peaceful and close to main roads which link to many places to explore.
Amazing building, loads of room for everyone. Quiet location and easy drive to local towns and villages Highly recommended and would stay here again
Lovely spacious house, beautiful gardens and peaceful surroundings. Had a great dinner in the Snowy Owl Pub nearby, lovely days out in Alnwick and at Whitley Bay.
