Lantern House

The property was very well appointed, comfortable and clean. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with extremely friendly and helpful neighbours. Close to Bamburgh Castle and a coast with many villages and sandy beaches. Having dogs, the property's downstairs was ideal but the only disappointment was that the garden was not attached to the house but along a gated path behind a neighbouring house.

We had the best time in this lovely home in Belford. The house is beautiful. It is full of character and has been renovated to a really high standard. The garden is very big and perfect for little ones. The best thing about this house is the location as it’s the perfect base for exploring the Northumberland coast. We hope to come back again soon.

Lovely property with everything you need provided. Very clean, bed extremely comfy, sat in the garden a couple of evenings with a drink enjoying the last of the sun. Parking outside the property, nice view of the gardens to the back of the property & nice view to the front. Nice touch having, milk, bread & eggs waiting for us & the information pack with contact details etc was very informative. We have been visiting Northumberland nearly 9 years & stayed in many different types of accommodation from caravans, lodges, cottages, old bar conversions etc but have to say Lantern House has been one of my favourites & will definitely consider returning. Thank you
