Great location for a first visit to Northumberland, good base to head off and visit lots of the area! The accommodation is excellent, and the games room and hot tub are added bonuses for kids to keep entertained

Great location, and the "games room" was well received by the kids. However some tlc needed, broken pool queue, only 1 dart with an end, tiny bits of chalk. Inside the property everything is of a good standard I would however say that perhaps some more generosity with consumables, e.g. we had enough salt for one meal, two dishwasher tablets, etc. nothing major. Overall really enjoyed the property

We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place. The property was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The kids absolutely loved the kids’ room — such a great touch for families. The hot tub was also a real highlight and perfect for unwinding in the evenings. Overall, a great space for a family getaway and we’d happily stay again!
