Great stay!

Positive: Bed was comfortable and location is close to town centre. Negative: Property was damp, black mould was visible in all rooms of the property and smell of dampness did not really diminish as heating was switched on and windows were opened. In addition vehicle access to property was very poor, ramp from road in to courtyard was too short and steep for modern vehicles. My VW golf bottomed out and scraped on this ramp and it was obvious from the marks on the ramp that other vehicles had done so too. Cobbles in courtyard had big pot holes and parking spaces were limited/ tight. The flooring was grubby and particularly worn at the front door and appeared not to have been washed properly for a while. Paintwork was grubby and cobwebs were evident in several places. A wee investment is required to bring this property up to scratch.

Positive: The location was good. The bed was comfortable. Negative: The floors and skirting were not very clean on arrival.
