Totally let down Positive: Nothing because north east escapes double booked us we were standing in someone else hoilday home until we got it sorted out totally unacceptable but saying that we did get a refund and £100 for the inconvenience they did offer Alnwick in another property but if we wanted alwick we would have booked that one no one even bothered checking when we give our arrive time a couple of days earlier A
