Nice house in a great location. Not exactly toddler friendly but would be good for bigger kids. Cleanliness I would say was good at surface level (beds, bathrooms kitchen etc). Wearing white socks or having toddlers playing reveals the floor needs a much more thorough clean.

We were visiting with friends. Regrettably only our friends were able to use the property as I was admitted to hospital in the day we were supposed to arrive. However the review is based on their stay. One negative comment they made was the lack of storage in the two downstairs bedrooms. Apart from that they enjoyed the property. It was a shame we couldn’t enjoy it with them. Hopefully we can book another time

We had a lovely stay at Puffin Hideout. Great location very close to Amble and the Harbour. The house is nicely furnished with comfortable beds.
