Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at the Tanner's Lodge. It was comfortable, clean, quiet and had a car parking space. We can recommend it. Negative: Nothing, all good

A great apartment within walking distance to main attractions and facilities in Hexham Positive: We had a great stay at this charming first floor self catering apartment in Hexham — perfectly located for exploring Northumberland. It’s just a short walk from Hexham Abbey and the bustling market square, the apartment made it easy to enjoy local cafés, shops, and riverside walks. There was a parking space to the side and a patio with furniture at the back. The apartment was overall very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It is a fairly new refurbished accommodation. There is a pub just across the road, but we did not hear any noise. I would stay here again. Negative: Although it has two bed rooms (one double bed and two single beds with ample wardrobe space) there would not be enough seating for 4 people to dine. The bar stools were too high to eat comfortably. It is a shame there is not a small table with four chairs. You could then do away with the bar stools. It would have been nice to have had a welcoming pack and some washing up liquid!

Perfect apartment to relax in after a day exploring the area. Positive: This was an absolutely wonderful apartment set in a perfect location to explore Hexham on foot. The apartment was high end and offered a home from home experience with extremely well laid out amenities. Negative: My husband found the bed too hard for him.
