Nice apartment, great location Positive: Excellent location, comfy bed, everything you needed. Negative: Kitchen a bit dated. Bathroom could be better too. Kitchen wasn’t cleaned very well, had missed the hob completely even though had visible grease and build up on extractor and oven door. Bathroom shower screen not good at all. Build up of mould on seals etc, would be easily cleaned. We complained to the management company and they sent someone the next day to clean it again, which was a lot better afterwards, just a shame it wasn’t when we checked in. Hopefully it’s cleaned better in the future. Company were very good though when we complained and sorted problems straight away.

Absolutely loved Heaton House. So warm and welcoming, wonderful location with so much on your doorstep. I loved sitting people watching out the window. First trip to Tynemouth and would definitely stay here again when we hopefully return.
