Great host, attention to detail very good.

All of our expectations were met. Positive: Freshly and tastefully decorated with all the amenities and the facilities necessary to make it a home from home. On street parking was never an issue and the flat is a 10-15 minute walk from Tynemouth village centre and the North Quay.

We had a lovely stay and would definitely visit again! The hosts gave us a very thoughtful welcome, and the property was exactly as advertised. It is the perfect size for two people and boasts a great location within walking distance of many fantastic spots. The amenities worked well, and the outdoor section was incredibly helpful for storing our bikes.The hosts were highly responsive and delivered on all of our requests promptly. My only notes for improvement would be upgrading the bed for better comfort and addressing a slight dampness in the unit. The Wi-Fi was also quite weak during our stay. Overall, it’s a great place and we would absolutely give it another stay!

The apartment has every facility that we could have wanted. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. It is located in a Basement so there is a smell of damp when you first enter. There is a good quality dehumidifier that mitigates the smell and there is no sign of any mould or damp damage (I’m a Building Surveyor). We did open the windows when we could. This is a v minor issue in my opinion that is more than offset by the quality of the apartment. Would highly recommend.
