Good location in quiet area.

Lovely place to stay, very clean and comfy. Great location - there is a shortcut to the Metro by taking the steps down from a bit further along the Avenue - we only discovered that a few days in! Highly recommended. Sarah and Sue

Not too bad, but could be much better. Positive: Location was great and the area was nice and quiet. Small Galley Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of crockery etc. Modern, clean bathroom. Negative: First impressions were not good, rusty broken gate and overgrown, weed filled garden. Key box was 2 inches off the floor and hidden under a bush so difficult to get to, can't imagine opening it in the dark or when raining! Previous occupants had taken parking pass with them so we had to park a fair distance away due to the local regulations. Main oven tripped the power supply and the heating failed on the last two days as well. Fruit flies everywhere due to rotten fruit found in cupboard under the sink. Personal items from previous occupants left in drawers. Shower panel is dangerous as no frosting on it so could easily walk in to it when accessing the bathroom. TV did not have any terrestrial channels. Sofa was comfy, but so low it felt like you were sitting on the floor. Back yard grubby and unloved. Ambience of property inside was cold due to everything being white.

A well located apartment with smart tasteful decor. The four poster bed was huge! Extremely responsive hosts.
