Heaton House Apartment

Brilliant stay, everthing you would want in a staycation! Positive: It had a splendid view! It was super comfy. The heating was brilliant. Kitchen was fab Shower was great Negative: Needs a little TLC in parts. Shower was a little dirty looking although it was clean Evidence of previous residents like food in fridge and freezer and clothing in the cloak cupboard - small things only. No external bins available to put out rubbish Cooker switch was off but we didn’t realise as the fan on the oven was on - so perhaps an obvious sign above the switch?

The property was pleasant and ideally situated near the cliff top and beach and within easy walking distance of shops, cafes, pubs and the station. The only adverse comment I would make is that both double beds were smaller than anticipated and one didn't have a mattress cover. Bed linen and towels were excellent.

Comfortable apartment in great location Positive: Great location, comfortable beds, agreeable sitting and dining room. The staff of the agency running the property were friendly and helpful Negative: The bed in the smaller bedroom is 140 cm, which strikes me as too small for two adults. The apartment is best suited for two or three people. We were two and it was fine
