Extremely comfortable in a super central location. Positive: Very central, easy to access, very stylish, modern bathroom, lots of milk, tea , coffee and biscuits supplied. Negative: A little difficult getting our bags to the top floor.
Positive: Excellent accommodation, great location, very friendly and helpful hosts.
Unfortunately, the host was unresponsive throughout our stay. We had issues with the WiFi, which was not working at all and did not even appear as a network. We contacted the only phone number that was provided, and after almost 40 minutes waiting to talk to someone, were told the issue would be passed on and fixed, but we never received any follow-up or support during our stay. The only message we received was an automatic check-out message on the last day. Later we learnt the host claimed it was fixed which wasnt the case at all. Quite appalling and really underwhelming customer service from the hosts. We will not be using this place again. It was disappointing that such a basic advertised amenity was not available and that the issue was not properly handled.
I stayed in the Drawing Room. The room was lovely and had 3 windows which made it bright and airy. Good shower and lots of big towels. My suggestions would be that I needed somewhere to hang the big towels when damp, perhaps hooks on the bathroom door, the tiny radiator hardly took the hand towel. I also needed some drawers to put my clothes in and please review your door codes as the internal ones are very obvious and I felt a bit vulnerable. I loved the fridge of drinks and beers - thank you
