Undoubtedly a fantastic location - Budle Bay is a special place and Bamburgh is within easy reach. The cottage has some lovely elements - pool table, hot tub, sun room. However, it is in need of upgrade. The beds are old and uncomfortable, the cottage was not clean, the kitchen needs to be updated. It has obviously not been invested in for some time. With a premium price tag, it has a far lower spec than other similar cottages.
Just perfect from start to finish. The location, the facilities, the cleanliness were faultless. We were enjoying ourselves so much we tried to book for longer. You know it’s a great holiday when you cry when you’re leaving. Booking again ASAP
We have been staying in the area for twenty years, and this is by far our favourite cottage. Stunning views, great location, beautifully decorated and well equipped. We would love to stay again
