Great stay with family exploring Bamburgh and relaxing at The Duke Positive: great property, lovely location, great to have the tennis court and table tennis room next door for the family, very well stocked, has everything you need, even charcoal for the BBQ, beds were comfortable and communication when we had a few questions was great, had a great stay, thank you Negative: probably time to replace a couple of the frying pans, and a few of the cupboards were a bit dusty, but these were very minor issues and overall the property was amazing

Nice property and location with views across fields. House could do with a deep clean. A lot of dust and things like the TV remote and frame to hold the hot tub cover broken. Main bedroom bed had no mattress cover and was visibly stained.Cooking trays etc tired and worn.Plenty of good quality towels and hot water.Property is semi detached and therefore stay is impacted by guests in the other property which is of a similar size. One of our two parking spaces was also being used by guests in another property.

Expensive, not enough seats in lounge, too much space on wrong side of kitchen island, no decent size mugs, some pans unclean, one dishwasher didn’t clean properly.

Great place to stay. The welcome pack was a treat and we took up the free golf passes. Lots of fantastic memories made w Positive: Very spacious and clean with lots of utensils, crockery and glasses. Hot tub was lovely too. Negative: There wasn't anything we didn't like.
