Great stay!
Hayloft is a lovely little loft conversion. Very comfortable for 2 people but can sleep up to 4. We found it hard to find. It feels like you need to walk through someone's garden gate to find the place. This was not clear in the instructions. However, a (quickly answered) phone call guided us to our door. Hayloft is closer to Bamburgh than I expected. Using the footpath across the fields, you can walk it in 10 mins, at a stride, but easily in 15-20 mins at a stroll. The kitchen is well equipped (the only thing I didn't like is that the cafetière only has the capacity to make one cup of coffee at a time). Otherwise, it's compact and comfortable with all the expected amenities/facilities.
We had a lovely 3 night stay here. The place itself is only a 5 minute drive to Bamburgh centre and it is walkable across fields. There was a book full of local recommendations for things to do which we found helpful. We didn’t use the hot tub but the sports court and activity lodge was good - however a bit too hot to use in the recent heatwave! Overall, I recommend staying :)
