Ceylon @ The Tea Warehouse

The property is excellently situated . It is not large by any means but is good enough for two people. It was very clean and in good repair i.e. everything worked. It has excellent views of Alnwick town centre and the Castle . My only criticism would be that one has to climb two flights of stairs to get to it. We being both in our seventies perhaps should stick more to ground level. Most guests however if younger might appreciate the better view of the town. Quiet despite its location.

Lovely place to stay Had all appliances needed Would have been nice for a few small things like milk or tea bags etc. But no biggy as we just used it to sleep in Amazing shower. My only main issue was the pictures made it look a lot bigger than it was and it was in fact very confined and with the heavy fire doors made it a pain to go in and out of the two rooms But overall great stay

Ceylon apartment is in an excellent location. It overlooks Market Street in the centre of town with all the attractions in walking distance. The flat was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, with lots of towels and kitchen equipment. We liked hanging out there All arrangements were easy to make and the host was very responsive. However, the bedroom lets the apartment down a bit. It's really small with no real storage space or ventilation. We found it quite stuffy and it was hard to prop open the heavy fire door. For the person sleeping by the wall its difficult to get in and out of bed. For a single person it would be great but as a couple if you need more space in your bedroom this may not be the best apartment for you.
