A very pleasant stay in a good place to go and explore Alnwick and further afield. Positive: It was very well equipped and comfortable and clean. Negative: There was nothing not to like
Great stay!
Positive: Spotlessly clean house - kitchen was well kitted out (bring your own cooking oil/salt/pepper). Tastefully decorated and very central with free on street parking meaning we could enjoy walking everywhere. Very comfy beds and communicative host. Would definitely book again. Negative: Not a negative per se but felt that the outside area could do with monitoring by the cleaning team to match the standard of the interior of the house. Table and chairs had dried in bird poo and old plant pot full of smelly green water which luckily I got to before the dog decided to have a drink.
We had a wonderful stay at this property! Parking and check in were straight forward and the host was very good at communicating. The house is very charming and comfortable. The guest book was also a nice touch. You can’t beat the location - being just a few minutes’ walk from the castle and plenty of cafés and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!
