Wonderful cottage in fabulous location. Modern and spacious interior , excellent living space and well appointed bathroom and kitchen . Private but a stones throw from the beach, near great shops , deli’s pubs and restaurants. Modern furniture and pristine sheets and towels . Excellent communication from the hosts , Would highly recommend.

Auty Cottage was perfect. It was in a fabulous location - easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and the beach. The place is beautifully decorated and maintained and felt really calm and relaxing. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

We had a fantastic weekend. The property was imaculate with a lovely homely feel with very high end touches. It is in a great location tucked away just off the main st of tynemouth but we heard no noice what so ever and in walking distance to everything . It is dog and child friendly appart from the beautiful wooded stair where care was required with our toddler. A lot of thought has gone into this property and it shows. Thank you very much for letting us stay we all said we could live there
