Lovely number of days spent here cosy for our family great little spot to explore the area

Stayed as a family of four (two children) and loved the cottage, with cosy bedrooms and lovely homely kitchen and living area. Great little communal space at the back and surrounded by others in similar holiday cottages. Hist was very responsive when we wanted to change the timing of the heating to suit us, and the property was lovely and warm and kept the heat well. Addition of washing machine and clothes horse was a handy addition. Location, just off the A1, was perfect for going on days out and the nearby service station is well out the way and doesn't affect the visit. One slight improvement needed would be the wet proofing of the wet room, as the door often dripped water into the hallway. Also a bit of a pain if you needed the loo after someone had a shower, as everything was soaking wet.

Enjoyable excellent location Positive: Location was excellent Negative: Bathroom very tired the the shower was blocked and floor was flooded made it very dangerous lies need replacing whole bathroom replacing in my opinion couldnt fault the rest of cottage
