The house was well equipped any tastefully decorated and furnished. Rooms were of generous proportions and each bedroom had en suite shower rooms. There is lovely enclosed and private courtyard off the kitchen/livingroom. The property was also conveniently located for many of our 'to do' list destinations.

Dairy cottage is a fabulous property in a peaceful yet accessible location. It was spotlessly clean with every utensil and appliance you could wish for. The location served for us to visit multiple sights, including Farne Islands (loaded with bird life), Museum of Flight, Chillingham Castle and Budle Bay walk to Bamburgh to name but a few highlights. The host was excellent in handling both pre and post visit enquiries. We’ll be back!
