Fantastic long weekend away in this delightful cottage. Perfect place and location for peace and quiet and close enough to the amazing beaches of Northumberland .

We would stay again- assuming the problem we raised will be resolved Positive: Beautiful location, very peaceful and close to many interesting places. Well equipped and comfortable. Lots of local information on where to go and what to do. Generous welcome pack with local produce Negative: Just one matter, the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Black floor and wall tiles show up splashes, floor around basin and in corners not clean. And toilet seat and rim dirty, we had to clean.

Really loved the cottage location, very clean and excellent facilities the games room was a fun extra Positive: Location lovely and peaceful. Easy routes to A1 to visit places Negative: Couple of points but this is minor and FYI only.. The main bedroom mattress is done too soft. Could do with a side lamp in the single bedroom and some pint glasses

Lovely peaceful location. A 10 min drive to any shops/Bamburgh. Games room is a winner especially with kids. Cottage beautiful with modern feel but well used. Would come again
